Flow

Suitable for all levels. Flow yoga (also called Vinyasa) is a series of postures connecting breath and movement in a dance-like rhythm. This is an energetic practice promoting strength, flexibility, endurance, suppleness and mental focus. This class can be strenuous, but modifications are given throughout class to accommodate everyone. 

Yin

Suitable for all levels. A slow and meditative practice that allows the student to cultivate Yin qualities such as compassion, introspection, patience, sensitivity, stillness, and surrender.

Poses are seated or supine and held for a few minutes doing wonders for joint health, flexibility, circulation, and mental focus.

Gentle

Suitable for all levels. A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses. This is a perfect beginning class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga.

Private Session

Suitable for all levels. One-on-one sessions are available for personalized attention to address your specific needs. You may wish to pursue private yoga sessions to address any of the following scenarios and many more: newcomers who feel intimidated by group classes, injuries, physical limitations, focusing on advanced postures, learn how to begin or refine a home yoga practice, busy schedule that requires individualized setting, and restorative and meditative practices to promote relaxation and stress relief.

Private: $30/hour

 

All sales are final. All passes expire 12 months from date of purchase. Classes are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person.
