In Person Personal Training
Meet with me in person at the gym or at the studio. I also do in home trainings for clients that absolutely cannot leave their home.
In person training will allow you to work closely with me. I am able to see your form and ensure you are doing it correctly, hold you accountable, push you out of your comfort zone, and help you feel more confident with your workouts!
You will also receive detailed information on macros, nutrition, recovery, mindset, and more in an email.
